Trying to access public groups but can't get past the "Introducing Public Groups" screen?

If you're using an iOS device with **Display Zoom** enabled, you may need to temporarily disable this feature in order to bypass this screen.

To do so, follow these instructions:

1. Go to your device **Settings**.  
2. Scroll to **Display & Brightness**.  
3. Tap on **Display Zoom**.  
4. Select **Default.**

Once **Display Zoom** is disabled, open to the Kik app and you should then be able to see a blue button at the bottom of the page that allows you to bypass this screen.

Once you bypass this screen, you can then re-enable **Display Zoom** by following these instructions:

1. Go to your device **Settings**.  
2. Scroll to **Display & Brightness**.  
3. Tap on **Display Zoom**.  
4. Select **Larger Text** **.**
